Who We Are
We are an energetic, growing, non-denominational Christian church ministering in the town of Washington, Indiana, with the mission to be the spiritual hospital of Daviess County and the surrounding areas.
We exist to worship God, preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, love God and love others, make disciples of Jesus Christ, and serve Christ, His church, and our community.
We desire to be genuine, humble and gracious as we strive to be the best church for our community.
We are Christians only but not the only Christians.
Our Desire
Our desire is to exalt Jesus Christ as Lord and to “present everyone perfect in Christ.” – Col. 1:28
We’re not about the personality in the pulpit or the performance on the platform, we're not here to promote programs or present new building plans.
We desire to exalt Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Jesus said, If I be lifted up, I will draw all men to me. It’s the purpose of this church to lift high Jesus Christ, and we believe when He is lifted up above all things Jesus will be the main draw. Why? Because a preacher can’t save us, a worship service can’t save us, a program can’t save us and a beautiful building can’t save us, only Jesus can save us from our sins.
