just north of the Quad Cities, an area of 400,000 people located halfway between Des Moines and Chicago. This area has the benefit of being less than 6 hours from many major metropolitan cities such as Kansas City, St. Louis, Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, Green
Bay, and the twin cities of Minneapolis/St.Paul. We have all the major amenities of a large city with the benefits of small-town living.
