Covenant Life Church (CLC) is a non-denominational fellowship of believers located in Jeffersonville, Indiana. You can see more of what we believe at our website www.mycovenantlife.org.
We are located in a high growth area, just across the river from Louisville, KY. We have just started the process of finding the next Senior Leader of CLC. CLC is somewhat unique in that we have had only two pastors since inception in 1972. Our current pastor Ric Catlett has lead the church for the past 27 years. He has announced his retirement, which will be on or before October of 2018. We are looking for the next man called by God to lead our congregation forward into the things that God has called us to complete.
Below are some of the details on our ministry. Notice I said ministry and not church. We are endeavoring to be more than just a building and church and to impact our community for Christ. We have a nice facility consisting of two main buildings on 10 acres on one of the busiest streets in our area. We have a multi-use sanctuary/Gym, an education building where we operate our 100 child daycare, and have just completed the renovation of a state of the art children's worship facility.
We have for the past several years had a missions focus with annual trips to Central and South America and Africa.

Someone who is called by God to our ministry
Spirit filled
Familiar with the 5 fold ministry gifts
Strong and proven leader
Someone who is able to establish and communicate vision
Someone who can continue development of the Spirit, Soul and Body teachings for which we have been laying the foundation, and help establish the principles of God’s unconditional Love & Grace.
Someone with a strong marital relationship who can co-labor with their spouse
We have quite a few of the building blocks in place for a great ministry. We have strong Children’s Pastors, a core group of believers to build with, good fiscal and financial management and processes, and men capable of being teaching pastors. Covenant Life Church is a non-denominational fellowship of believers who desire to grow, and help others to grow, in the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ. We hunger to REACH the lost, to RESTORE them to right relationship with God, and to RELEASE them to minister in the world that they live. We believe that the Word of God is complete and true and that it is good for the edification, maturing, and prospering of the saints. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and that His redemptive acts on Calvary are the sole source of our forgiveness and restoration into right standing with God, the Father. At Covenant Life Church we eagerly anticipate the moving of the Holy Spirit in our midst and we actively seek and empower the body to fully move in His gifts and His grace. We believe that each fellowship of believers has been blessed of God with a specific call and a specific grace to touch both believers and nonbelievers alike. At Covenant Life, as a part of the whole body of Christ, we believe that God has poured out a measure of love that is manifested in the closeness of our families and the ability to minister to those that have been buffeted, both inside and outside the church.
