Lead Weekend Worship Services - Saturday and Sunday

Be creative or develop a creative team to work with you
Be a strong spiritual leader
Recruit and develop talent (Don't be the lead vocal all the time, allow others to lead)
Be able to work with a band and an orchestra
Work with volunteers at all stages of talent and abliities
Run rehearsals each week
Oversee music for Celebrate Recovery Meetings
Assist with Children's musical
Oversee lighting, sound and stage design and know pro-presenter
Musical productions at Christmas, July 4th weekend and Easter Celebrations
Understand and execute sets for productions (recruit skilled help)
Mangage a budget, equipment, costumes and props
Develop talent including children and students
Must work well with the video production team
Work well with a large church staff
Maintain music areas, rehearsal room, back stage and stage areas
Willing to work weekends, holidays and some evenings

We are a growing church. A church for all generations. 3 weekend services. Saturday worship with a band, Sunday worship with an orchestra. We say that the music brings joy and the message brings hope. We just built a 22,000 sq. ft. Children's Building. The Chapel is nearly 23 years old and is a very active church. We want people to Believe, Grow, Serve and Change their World. We have more than 5,000 different people over a month with over 2500 on the weekends.
