Converge Church was formed due to a merger between Maranatha Christian Fellowship and Destiny Family Worship Center on September 23, 2018. Believing that God wanted His local Church to reflect the rich and vibrant diversity within the body of Christ as described
in Revelations 7:9, "After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before Lamb, hands," Pastors George and Jonathan and their congregations
decided to join both ministries together.
