Palm City New Hope in Palm City, Florida, is seeking a Youth Pastor to develop and disciple students and prepare them to stand for Christ in the storms ahead. We are looking for someone passionate about nurturing relationships with the students and their families.
We have a good mix of homeschoolers, and those who attend Christian school and public school. Our mission is to “Love God. Change the World.” It is our desire that our Youth Pastor be equipped to lead by example and give the students instruction and discipling to accomplish this vision.
It will be vital that this person connects well with teens, be teachable, and be in agreement with the doctrine of the church. A candidate will find success and reward as they lead in fulfilling our vision which is to “fill the community with the teachings of Jesus Christ.”

The position is full time with medical and vacation benefits. The salary range is $45,000-$55,000, depending on the candidate’s experience.
