Shiloh Bible Church is an Independent, Christ-centered, Bible-based local church dedicated to serving God and His people. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated fulltime Associate Pastor to join our vibrant church community.
The Associate Pastor assists in developing and executing the church’s mission and vision with a primary focus on the growth and development of a younger demographic within the church. He leads the ministry team and assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the church. His responsibilities include preaching, teaching, administration, pastoral care, leadership development, and collaboration with the Senior Pastor. The Associate Pastor works with the Senior Pastor on a predetermined 3–5-year transition plan which would involve the Associate Pastor assuming an increasing number of responsibilities currently held by the Senior Pastor. This transition plan into the Senior Pastorate will be monitored by the Board of Elders.
Shiloh is an independent, Bible-believing local church whose purpose is to exalt the Lord, to edify and equip its congregation, to engage the congregation in service, and to evangelize the world.
